The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences? Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE faculty member to serve the Department?s Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine in Little Rock, AR.

The sleep physician will evaluate and treat patients with both respiratory and non-respiratory sleep disorders in the UAMS Sleep Clinic. The sleep physician will also interpret sleep studies at the UAMS Sleep lab. Protected time is provided for sleep study interpretation. UAMS has a six bed sleep lab that currently operates 3-4 nights a week but with a goal to go up to at least six nights per week with the expected increase in volume with the planned expansion of the sleep program.

Requirements include M.D. or equivalent, license to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas, BC/BE in sleep medicine. The salary is commensurate with experience.
